Good Boys? or Up to no Good?

These three boys were waiting outside of the NGO because they wanted to play computer games and the NGO wasn't open yet. They're regulars at the Center (as the NGO is called by most locals). Let's see if I can remember their names. From left to right: Sergiu, Vasili, and Katalen.
